Permit Process
All food vendors that require a BOH certificate are the sole responsibility of the vendor. THE BOH recommends submitting for approval at least 2 weeks in advance.
The Town of Pepperell also requires all Mobil Food Trucks/Carts to have an approved Town permit: https://town.pepperell.ma.us/DocumentCenter/View/7155/Mobile-Vending-Policies-and-Procedures?bidId=
Once you have approval to participate from the committee, you will be sent instructions for the Town Permit.
