Please note: We do not offer vendor exclusivity, but we do try to limit Vendors to no more than 2 similar foods/event to keep it fair and ensure your success! For pre-approval, email PepperellFourth@yahoo.com .

Our vendor coordinator will reach out to confirm and finalize your request & items.

Once approved, All Food Truck/Carts & Novelty vendors will also need to

Food Vendors: It is your responsibility to acquire an approved Board of Health Permit for this event. BOH permits should be submitted by 6/7/24 to ensure enough time for approval. The Permit should be posted and visible at the event.

Non-Profits may reserve a spot for a % of profits/donation. Please submit the form and hit Submit & Pay and then skip the payment step. This will hold your space until the vendor coordinator reaches out to confirm the details.

Cancellations within 4 weeks can not be refunded as we won't have time to re-fill your spot and still need to cover all expenses. With 4+ weeks notice, we can refund or move you to a future event/year.

I understand and agree to follow the vendor guidelines requested the day of the event, will follow current social distancing guidelines at the time of the event, and will adhere to any BOH and town guidelines as required by the state. I understand if the event needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I can request a refund (less any PayPal fees, if charged) or I can transfer my Vendor registration to next year’s event. If I choose not to attend within 4 weeks of the event, I forfit my fee as there won't be enough time for P4 to find a replacement.
