Food Vendors: It is your responsibility to acquire an approved Board of Health Permit for this event. BOH permits should be submitted to BOH by 6/13/22 to ensure enough time for approval. The Permit should be posted and visible at the event. 

Vendor Registration DEADLINE June 13th, 2023. 

Please note: We cannot offer vendor exclusivity, but we do limit Vendors to no more than 2 similar foods/event to keep it fair and ensure your success! Please email for pre-approval.


Our vendor coordinator will reach out to confirm and finalize your items. 

Once approved, All Food Truck/Carts & Novelty vendors will also need to submit for a Town Permit:

Non Profits may reserve a spot for a % of profits/donation. Please submit the form and hit Submit & Pay and then skip the payment step. This will hold your space until the vendor coordinator reaches out to confirm the details.

Cancellations within 4 weeks can not be refunded as we won't have time to re-fill your spot and still need to cover all expenses. With 4+ weeks notice, we can refund or move you to a future event/year.
