Please note: We do not offer vendor exclusivity, but we do try to limit Vendors to no more than 2 similar foods/event to keep it fair and ensure your success! For pre-approval, email 


Our vendor coordinator will reach out to confirm and finalize your request & items. 

Once approved, All Food Truck/Carts & Novelty vendors will also need to

Submit for a Town Permit. This protects unauthorized pop up vendors in the area: 

Food Vendors: It is your responsibility to acquire an approved Board of Health Permit for this event. BOH permits should be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance and approved by 6/1/24 to ensure enough time for approval. The Permit should be posted and visible at the event. 


Non-Profits may reserve a spot for a % of profits/donation. Please submit the form and hit Submit & Pay and then skip the payment step. This will hold your space until the vendor coordinator reaches out to confirm the details.

Cancellations within 4 weeks cannot be refunded as we won't have time to re-fill your spot and still need to cover all expenses. With 4+ weeks notice, we can refund (less $25 processing fee) or move you to a future event/year.
