Pepperell Fall Fest

The Pepperell 4th of July Committee is delighted to bring Fall Fest back to the Pepperell community. 

Last year's event drew high attendance and  featured over 100 booths and local organizations. Booths included many local crafters, vendors & business', to entertainment, raffles, food trucks and non-profit organizations local to Pepperell and surrounding towns!

Here is what we did last year.  2023 is planning is under way.  Please reach out if you'd like to be involved!! 

We hope to run similar activities as in 2022. Family Activities All Day!!

  • 11am: Best Decorated Pumpkin Contest (drop off by 11am, Judging at 3pm)

    • ​Drop off or create your pumpkin or gourd onsite, while supplies last. Display until 3pm

    • Participation ribbons for all

  • 11am: PPD, K-9 Demo with Taro & Friends 

  • 12-2pm: Hayride, $1pp

  • 12:40: Jennifer McGowan's Creative Dance Demo

  • 1-2pm: Pie Eating Contest (all ages)-Sign Up at Info Booth, $2 to enter

  • 1-2pm: Tug of War & Relay Races 

  • All Day, 10am-3pm:

    • Lion's Club Eye Mobile-Free eye exams

    • Petting Zoo & Pony Rides

    • Face Painting & Henna

    • Inflatables All Day: 15 ft. Slide, Obstacle Course & Hay Maze

    • Music, Games, Raffles & Entertainment

    • Over 100 Booths to Explore

Parking:

1.  Handicapped & limited Senior Parking at the Pepperell Community Center, 4 Hollis Street

2. Parking at The Fitz Collaborative (left side of the parking lot off River Road)

3. Varnum Brook Elementary School

4. Nissitissit Middle School

Drive-thru Drop offs for Student Volunteers & Entertainment will be be permitted at the Community Center lot.

On behalf of the Pepperell Fourth Committee, we'd like to thank all our friends, families and sponsors participating in this year's Pepperell Fall Fest! Because of you, we know that this year is going to be fantastic!! 

Vendors: Registrations is now Open!

 

To reserve your spot, we recommend using Mobile Devices for a better registration process, we've had a few reports of PC's getting hung up and our web developer is working through the issue. Please submit your booth request to reserve your spot and we'll follow up later if needed.

Please note: Due to pre-planning requirements and FY alignment, Reservations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event with pre-approval at least 14 days in advance. 

Set Up: Logistical details of field placement, arrival times, and Set Up timing will be shared within a few days prior to the event. Special requests are not guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate. Set up will be scattered times from 7:30-9 with the intent for all vendors to be ready by 10am. If you are traveling and need a later arrival time, just make a note in your registration. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set up (canopy, chairs, tables etc). Power is not provided, but we do have limited availability for a few of our food vendors.
