Pepperell Fall Fest
Saturday, September 20, 2025
10am-3pm

 

The Pepperell 4th of July Committee is delighted to bring Fall Fest back to the Pepperell community. Past events drew high attendance and featured over 100 booths and local organizations. Booths include many local crafters, vendors & businesses, to entertainment, raffles, food trucks and non-profit organizations local to Pepperell and surrounding towns!

Booth Registrations are for Business/Crafters/Non-Profits

For Mobile Food Trucks/Vendors

Light rain or passing showers will not impact our plans.

The safety of our community and vendors will always be our first priority.

Volunteers Needed.
Please reach out if you'd like to be involved!! 

  • 11-2pm: Hayride hosted by Kimball Fruit Farm

  • 11am & 2pm: PPD, K-9 Demo with Taro & Friends 

  • 1pm: Pie Eating Contest (families, adults & kids)

  • 1:30pm-2:30pm: Tug of War, Sac Races & Parachute Activity

  • All Day, 10am-3pm:​

    • $5 Wrist bands=Inflatables All Day: 15 ft. Double Slide, Obstacle Course and Dual Axe Toss (Wristbands sold at Pepperell 4th Check In Booth near Community Center Parling Lot)

    • Petting Zoo by Mapledell Farm

    • Pepperell Police-Fire & Emergency Vehicles - Put out the Fire House

    • DJ Music, Games, Raffles & Entertainment

    • Over 100 Booths to Explore

1.  Handicapped & limited Senior Parking at the Pepperell Community Center, 4 Hollis Street

2. Parking at The Fitz Collaborative (left side of the parking lot off River Road)

3. Varnum Brook Elementary School  (no parking at VB Circle due to Hayride route)

4. Nissitissit Middle School

Drive-thru Drop offs for Student Volunteers & Entertainment will be permitted at the Community Center lot. 

NO PARKING at skate park. This area is reserved for Fire/Emergency Vehicles.

On behalf of the Pepperell Fourth Committee, we'd like to thank all our friends, families and sponsors participating in this year's Pepperell Fall Fest! Because of you, we know that this year is going to be fantastic!! 

Vendors: Registrations is now Open thru Sept. 1st.

Early Bird Registration opened in April 2025.

 For all Mobile Food Trucks, please see Town Mobile-Vending-Policies-and-Procedures

(pepperell.ma.us) in addition to following Nashoba BOH Permit approvals.

Booth reservations are not confirmed until donations/payment are received.

Please note: Due to pre-planning requirements and FY alignment, Reservations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event with pre-approval at least 14 days in advance. 

Set Up: Logistical details of field placement, arrival times, and Set Up timing will be shared within a few days prior to the event. Special requests are not guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate. Set up will be scattered times from 7:30-9 with the intent for all vendors to be ready by 10am. If you are traveling and need a later arrival time, just make a note in your registration. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set up (canopy, chairs, tables etc). Power is not provided, but we do have limited availability for a few of our food vendors.
